Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and independent project manager to join our team and be responsible for coordinating, managing, and administering the ongoing Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action – Doctoral Network (MSCA-DN) project and bringing it to a successful conclusion. This international project brings together 13 research institutions across Europe and Israel.
Job Description
- coordinating and managing the project in accordance with the established schedule, budget, and objectives,
- preparing, monitoring, and updating project documentation,
- communicating with internal and external partners,
- organizing project meetings and conferences,
- traveling abroad on business trips,
- preparing supporting documents and meeting minutes,
- monitoring the fulfillment of project deliverables, deadlines, and the budget,
- collaborating with the financial and administrative team,
- preparing interim and final reports.
Requirements:
• a college degree,
• advanced knowledge of English (at least B2),
• very good organizational and communication skills,
• independence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines,
• analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• proficiency with MS Office,
• a background in biology is a plus,
• and experience with grant-funded or international projects is a plus.
